Reporting Odours from the Wigan Waste Water Treatment Plant at Hoscar

If you notice any odours associated with the Wigan Waste Water treatment plant then please report it  using the online reporting system (see below).

It is a single point of contact which simultaneously informs both West lancs Borough Council Environmental Health department and Wigan Waste Water treatment plant at Hoscar.

What is a Parish Council ?

The Parish Council is the lowest tier in government representing the people in local communities.

It is the "ear to the ground" for the higher authorities such as district and county councils and is consulted on local issues such as planning, environment and council services.

Parish Councillors are volunteers.
