PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY
There is a vacancy on the Parish Council caused by the vacation of office by Tony Schaffel.
A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if within 14 days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank holiday) from the date below ten electors for the parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to be held to the Returning Officer, West Lancashire Borough Council, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk L39 2DF.
If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
